I'm Kayla Bowens, an enthusiastic agriculture instructor based in Pickaway County, Ohio. I am proud to be a recent graduate of The Ohio State University, where I deepened my passion for agriculture—an integral part of my life that has shaped who I am today.

Some of my fondest memories were created in the agriculture classroom, where I had the opportunity to serve as President of both FFA and 4-H during high school. My experiences included showcasing horses, breeding goats, and market goats in competitions at both the state and national levels.

When I’m not in the classroom or welding in the ag shop, you can find me getting creative with silversmithing or stringing Navajo pearls.The agriculture industry has brought immense joy and fulfillment into my life, and I am dedicated to sharing that joy with others. I look forward to inspiring the next generation of agricultural enthusiasts and fostering a love for this vital field. Join me on this exciting journey!
